I was born March 19th 1975 to David and Linda Kaufman.
I have two younger brothers: Asher & Jordan who both live in Chicago.
I grew up in Chicago and moved to the Winnetka, just north of Chicago at an
early age. I attended New Trier high school where I wrestled and did
gymnastics. After high school I went to The University of Miami in sunny Florida
for my university education.
After college I took two years off to rock climb, teach English in Japan, and
crash on Asher's couch in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. By the summer of '98 I
had enough freedom so I returned to academia, namely, Tulane Medical School
in New Orleans, LA where I met Siemay Lee, my fiancee.
I finished med school in '03 after taking a luxurious 2 years to finish off my 4th
year. I road-tripped and filmed/produced Try Hard during this time.
I finished residency in Akron, Ohio learning the art of Emergency Medicine and
Siemay and I are on a climbing journey around the country with a ton of friends
and family. I love being an ER physician and work part-time in South Lake
Tahoe for the Tahoe Emergency Physicians group. My hair is growing.

| Jordan was nominated as 2004-05 Rookie Retail Real Estate Investment Sales Broker of the Year by the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Council (a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors®). Since joining Millco in June of 2004, Jordan has sold 10 transactions for a gross sales volume in excess of $11 Million. Jordan is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Illinois and is currently working toward becoming a CCIM. Jordan graduated from the University of Colorado in 2003 with a bachelor's degree in Communication. Jordan is a native of Chicago, IL. Jordan's main focus is concentrated on the disposition of net lease real estate nationally. His specialties include assisting sellers achieve top of the market prices through the marketing and disposition of net lease assets. He basically helps investors make their money work for them. His deals represent a safe investment vehicle for the savy investor to achieve top return on investment.
