THE GYM

The deck from the back door overlooking the shed in the backyard.  The property extends 1 acre back through these woods.  There is a brook in a clearing as well.

The community has a common grounds with a large Bon Fire pit.  Great to go and barbeque at.  There is also a playground for children with large play structures that the association maintains.  There are Holloween and Christmas partys along with picnics and other events all year long.   Associations fees are $50 per year and are mandatory to fund these events.

This house has many windows and tall vaulted ceilings.  The sun shines in during the day and the South-facing back window makes afternoons and evenings glow inside the house.  The back deck is sturdy and has a new Tiger Springs hot tub that we will sell with the house.  There is a new soft water system that we had installed when we moved in along with a top-end water purifying system and new water pump for strong water pressure.  It is a well based water system, but we haven't been able to notice the difference since we have moved in.  The two wood burning fireplaces give the house a rustic feel and are very cozy indeed.  The newly painted rooms give the home a modern feel and really work well with all the natural lighting.  The 2 car garage is large enough for two longbed pick-up trucks.  The basement is unfinished and is not counted in the 2000 Sq ft. house size.  There is ample room for storage, workshop, and hobby center in the basement and could be finished with ease.

The hot tub is key.   It really makes the home feel like a very relaxing place to live!

These are photos of the climbing gym in the outbuilding.  It is a truly incredible workout facility with a large climbing gym home wall.  there is copious padding on the floor and 15 feet of bouldering.  If you add the angles, the longest climbs are about 22 feet long!  The holds are all interchangeable, of course, and any level of climber, from first day to professional can climb for hours on end.  Using your body to climb is about as much fun as you can possibly have "working out!"  That's why climbers have such great bodies, because it is so much fun to "play" on the wall!  Great for kids.  Great to shed weight.  Unbelievable to have at YOUR HOUSE!  There is a furnace for winter, and preliminary plumbing is installed already.  This could also double as a party center or an entirely seperate rentable apartment.  You have to see the gym.  It is a $40,000 gym right on your property.

Please buy our house!  You won't regret it.  We have thought about renting it as well so if that is an interest of yours, we can certainly discuss the possibility. We had thought about starting the price higher, around $300k, but we want to sell quickly and make sure that we don't have worries while on our year long road trip.  Stop by and see the house, I'm sure you will fall in love with it like we did!
